Access services allow Operators intending to invest in infrastructures to develop a service alternative to the one offered by TIM.
These services permit Operators to connect directly to their network of end customers by co-location of their equipment in the TIM exchange facilities.
This service allows Operators to offer their end customers access with the same basic performances and accessories as those offered by the public telephone service used by TIM retail customers in all Exchange areas and for all the lines for which the ULL service is not technically available.
This service permits Operators the use of space within the TIM exchanges, equipped for the termination of physical connections and installation of racks suitable for housing equipment and cables.
The service allows Operators to have spaces at TIM exchanges equipped for the setting up of physical connections and for the installation of racks fit for housing devices and cables, suitable for unregulated connectivity services
This service permits Operators to request/create interconnection networks between their own equipment and that of TIM to be able to guarantee that the customers of these Operators can make/receive calls to/from TIM subscribers or those of other Operators.
