Telecom Italia - National Wholesale Services - informs our Customers that in the “Portale” has been implemented an automatic Reset Password function.
Through this function its now possible to reset a password in stand-alone mode.
A new Password will be sent directly to the e-mail address of the users.
In order to ensure the proper functioning of the process, we invite the owners of a User-Id to verify that the e-mail address registered on the Portal (check is available in the "Your Profile" in the “Reserved Area”) is updated and working properly. It’s always possible to ask for an update sending an email to the Account Manager of reference.
